Operational Software Agreement
By accessing or utilizing our full-stack resume-builder.cv platform, services, and central APIs, you explicitly agree to be bound by these operational rules and security parameters.
1. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Scraping Rules (Checklist #12)
To guarantee the security of candidate profiles and prevent resource exhaustion, resume-builder.cv enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against automated data harvesting:
- No Automated Bots: The deployment of automated scraper bots, web crawlers, spiders, indexers, or AI-powered scrapers to harvest profile directories, user portfolios, or resume metadata is strictly prohibited.
- System Scanning & Abuse (Checklist #12): Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our application gateways, public routing paths, or server ports is a violation of these terms.
- Rate-Limiting Compliance: Users and network clients must comply with the platform's API rate limits. Bypassing or attempting to spoof client headers to circumvent API throttling is forbidden.
- No Mass Data Extraction: Extracting user portfolios or compiled resume files in bulk for database training or secondary aggregation is strictly disallowed and will result in immediate network IP bans.
2. Central Admin Panel, Credit & Token Allocations (AI Rules)
Our application implements strict server-side resource budget parameters to govern AI generative capabilities, preventing cost-attacks and ensuring platform stability:
- Central Billing Control: All generative credit balances, token allowances, and active prompt queries are governed directly by our centralized Admin Panel architecture.
- Token Abuse Mitigation: Users are allotted specific daily and monthly token budgets for AI-powered resume iterations, which are tracked and decremented server-side on our database.
- Throttling and Account Locks: To mitigate malicious LLM queries and runaway costs, our backend dynamically throttles prompt frequencies and suspends accounts exhibiting cost-attack patterns.
- Non-Transferability: Generative credits, token allotments, and premium allowances are strictly user-specific, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or transferred under any conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability regarding Generative Iterations
While our semantic optimization engines and AI copywriters utilize highly advanced language models, the generative output must always be validated by human judgment:
- Candidate Verification Responsibility: The user bears sole and absolute responsibility for verifying, reviewing, and validating the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all compiled resume descriptions.
- Zero Hallucination Liability: resume-builder.cv makes no warranties regarding AI accuracy and shall not be held liable for any hallucinations, automated text errors, omissions, or misrepresentations generated by LLMs.
- Failed Applications and Losses: We accept zero liability for any employment rejections, failed interview processes, or professional setbacks resulting from the utilization of AI-generated content or resumes.
- Third-Party Engine Interruptions: The performance of our generative tools is contingent on third-party LLM providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or real-time model response speeds.
